Hot 'N' Dirty Cabbage and Mushroom Stir Fry

Plated and dressed
Ingredients Required (per person)

Cabbage (shredded) – 85g

Oyster Mushrooms (torn) – 85g

Nest of dried noodles

1  Spring Onion

1 clove of Garlic

1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

1 tsp MycoUmami “Hot N Dirty” Seasoning

2 tsp  Chinkiang (chinese) Vinegar

1 tbsp Oyster sauce (vegan if required)

Place the noodles in boiling water to soften them, and slice your garlic finely.

Place 1 tbsp of oil into a pan and heat.

Put the cabbage into the pan and start to cook on medium / high heat.

After 2 minutes add the garlic and continue to cook. After another minute or so add the oyster sauce.

When that is sizzling nicely add the torn oyster mushrooms and then add the chinese vinegar and the dark soy sauce.

Get this nice, hot and sizzling and add the drained noodles to the pan, paying attention to ensure that the contents of the pan keep moving and don’t rest for any period of time.

Dress with the Sping onion and a sprinkling of Hot N Dirty Umami seasoning.

(Careful does it, this is not for the faint hearted. Don’t try and smell the top of the tub, you will regret it.)

(Told ya!!   :-> )

Now enjoy the fruits of your labour, and savour the fact you are eating a super healthy Vegan stir fry full of anti-oxidants, with plenty of  vitamins and minerals.
